Distribution line short to ground - 2012/09/02

On September 2, 2012, the middle distribution line shorted to ground (presumably via the now-missing ground wire) and started a small brush fire. Exact reason for the short is unknown, but the rubber mat is a temporary fix until a proper repair can be made.
